At the exhibition, CORNEX's independently developed 472Ah energy storage cell and integrated system solutions drew significant attention from clients for their exceptional performance and ultra-high mass production efficiency, redefining industry benchmarks for next-gen energy storage products through systematic technological innovation.

The 472Ah battery cell boasts a nominal energy of 1,510.4Wh and an energy density of 195Wh/kg, inheriting the high reliability, stability, safety, and consistency of the 314Ah product line. Compared to the 314Ah cell, it achieves a 50% increase in energy capacity, pushing the performance limits of lithium iron phosphate (LFP)-based energy storage cells to new heights.


Leveraging "technology reuse + production capacity sharing," the 472Ah cell seamlessly integrates with existing material supply chains and manufacturing processes. This approach maximizes the use of mature, reliable production systems to ensure product quality while minimizing time-to-market. Global mass production and delivery will commence in June, with a maximum capacity of 80GWh.

Customized Solutions Drive Global Energy Storage Expansion


Facing multidimensional competition in overseas markets encompassing technology, application scenarios, and business models, CORNEX leverages its proprietary cathode pre-lithium and high-temperature durable technology systems to optimize the 472Ah cell for diverse global applications. With optional technical configurations, the 472Ah cell achieves 15,000 ultra-long cycles at 35°C, meeting the extended operational demands of integrated "synchronized PV-matched cycle life" systems.

Under its 1500V platform, the 20-foot CORNEX M6 battery energy storage container—equipped with 472Ah cells—delivers 6.28MWh capacity, supporting 2+ hour duration applications such as grid peak shaving, frequency regulation, and renewable energy integration.


To address stringent overseas safety requirements, the Submerge 2.0 Battery Safety Technology and a "one-cluster-one-policy" liquid cooling system, enabling precise thermal management and elevated system integration.
