To meet global net-zero targets and the rapid electrification of commercial vessels, CORNEX featured dedicated marine battery lines for both lithium-ion and sodium-ion chemistries. The 320Ah marine lithium battery cell delivers high energy density and extended cycle life, addressing the heavy-duty power and range demands of inland waterways. Complementing this, the 165Ah and 350Ah sodium-ion battery cells provide a cost-effective, highly secure alternative leveraging abundant raw materials, exceptional cold-weather performance, and superior thermal stability. Together, these versatile lineups cater to varying vessel tonnages, operating conditions, and navigation zones.

In system integration, CORNEX highlighted two advanced liquid-cooling battery systems engineered for complex marine environments. The 10-foot lithium-ion system, powered by 320Ah battery cells, employs advanced thermal management to guarantee safe, stable operation in high-energy-density configurations. The 20-foot sodium-ion system incorporates CORNEX’s proprietary sodium battery cells, taking advantage of their broad operating temperature window to deliver a cost-efficient solution for larger vessels. Both platforms feature modular architectures, intelligent BMS controls, and heavy-duty protective enclosures.

Furthermore, CORNEX presented its 588Ah and 648Ah ultra-high-capacity energy storage battery cells to expand applications in port energy storage and shore power facilities, creating an integrated "Vessel-Port-Shore" green energy ecosystem. Moving forward, CORNEX will continue scaling R&D investments and partnering across the maritime value chain to shape a cleaner, smarter future for global shipping.
